Grade 1 Native Croatian

Croatian Native program provides Croatian speaking students with opportunities for personal and intellectual growth in their native language through various language activities (speaking, listening, reading, viewing, writing and presenting). The main focus in grade 1 is to develop interests and needs in students to learn Croatian language by exposing them to many different quality texts, and to establish basic reading and writing skills and strategies.
