FRENCH 7/8 - Mme Kenderic

The French Grades 7/8 Phase 1 and Phase 2 program follows a spiral/sequential curriculum which leads to the development of communicative proficiency in French.  Linguistic and cultural contents follow the recommendations of the European common Framework of Reference Level A1.  The program lays a foundation for further language study in upcoming grades.  Reading and writing are incorporated as an extension of oral communication. Students communicate through basic words and short phrases within a context and begin to combine words and phrases to exchange information about everyday topics.
