English Language Arts (Grade 7)

Monday, January 26, marks the beginning of third quarter for my seventh grade language arts students. I want to remind parents that students have the opportunity to work with me in room 302 on both Monday and Thursday after school from 3:00 – 4:00 pm. Throughout the first two quarters and ongoing into the third and fourth quarters, I have set aside this time to work with students who have make-up work due to an absence as well as those students who may need extra time and focus to complete a class assignment. I also paper conference during this time on an individual basis, assisting students with planning, editing, or re-writing compositions. A number of students have taken advantage of these after school sessions and have been able to complete work as well as keep up with the class pacing. Please encourage your son or daughter to stop by room 302 after school as needed!  Mrs. Chandler
